This Privacy Policy explains how Sam Pialago, an authorised Sales Executive of Citimotors Las Piñas Corp. (Mitsubishi Motors), collects, uses, stores, and protects the personal information you provide through this website (sampialagocars.com). By submitting any form on this site, you agree to the terms below.

1. Who we are

2. What we collect

Two forms on this site collect information:

Quick Inquiry form (homepage)

• Full name
• Mobile / contact number
• Email address
• Type of transaction (Cash, Financing, Test Drive, Trade-In)
• Unit of interest
• The page URL you came from

Application form (vehicle loan application)

• Personal: full name, date of birth, civil status, citizenship, gender, contact number, email, home address, residence status, years stayed
• Government IDs: TIN (Tax Identification Number)
• Employment: company / employer name, office address, position, length of service, monthly income, source of income
• Bank: bank name, branch, account type
• Co-maker information (if applicable): same data set as the principal applicant
• The signed application PDF you generate from the form

3. Why we collect it

• To verify your identity and process your vehicle inquiry or loan application
• To submit your application to partner banks for financing evaluation (with your prior consent)
• To follow up with you regarding the Mitsubishi unit you are interested in
• To send your unit quotation, pricelist, or other marketing-related material you have requested
• To comply with regulatory and Citimotors Las Piñas Corp. internal record-keeping requirements

4. Where your data goes

• A private Google Sheet owned by Sam Pialago (used as a customer relationship log)
• A private Google Drive folder owned by Sam Pialago (stores the generated application PDF)
• A notification email sent only to sampialago.mitsubishi@gmail.com
• If you apply for financing, the application is forwarded to your chosen partner bank (BPI, BDO, Maybank, Security Bank, RCBC, PSBank, EastWest, or China Bank) for credit evaluation

Your data is not sold, rented, or shared with any third party other than the partner banks listed above when you apply for financing.

5. How long we keep it

Inquiry data is retained for 12 months from your last interaction. Application data (including the PDF) is retained for 5 years as required by partner banks for loan record-keeping. After these periods, records are deleted unless an ongoing loan or transaction requires longer retention.

6. How we protect it

• The website is served over HTTPS (encrypted in transit)
• Google Sheet and Drive folder access is restricted to Sam Pialago's authenticated Google account
• Form submissions are rate-limited and screened against automated abuse
• Personal data is not stored in your browser's local storage beyond a single "form submitted" flag

7. Your rights under RA 10173

You have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of the data we hold about you
• Rectify — correct any inaccurate information
• Erase — request deletion of your data (subject to regulatory retention periods)
• Object — withdraw consent for further marketing follow-up
• Lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission (privacy.gov.ph) if you believe your rights have been violated

8. Cookies and tracking

This website does not use third-party analytics, advertising trackers, or cookies for behavioural profiling. The only browser storage used is a single localStorage flag that remembers whether you have submitted a form so that the site can show additional content on your next visit. You can clear this at any time from your browser's site settings.

9. Children's privacy

This site is intended for users 18 years and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has submitted data, please contact us to have it deleted.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be summarised here for at least 30 days.

11. Governing law

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, particularly the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations.
